Peace Reformed Church - Full Time Pastor
The new minister would work alongside the officers of the Church by establishing and implementing the vision and mission of the Church. His primary duties will be the pastoral ministry as set forth in Article 27 of the RCUS Constitution including teaching, preaching, administering the sacraments, and any other duties as requested or needed.

- Participate in regular family visitation.
- Lead and train the elders and deacons to prepare and guide them in ministry.
- Prepare our youth for communicant membership.
- Continually learn and improve.

- Aligned with the Three Forms of Unity.
- Spiritually mature, trustworthy, humble, and teachable.
- Able to share the Gospel and connect with the unchurched.
- Desirous of discipling and mentoring.
- Committed to patiently and biblically working through and mediating conflicts.
- Able to provide visionary, strategic, innovative, pastoral leadership for outreach ministries.

Compensation…
Total compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and education and will use the OPC Pastor Salary calculator as a guide. In an effort to care for our pastor beyond pay, the church is also able to offer vacation, sabbatical, expense accounts, a budget for conferences and training, and more.
