On October 6th, we will be observing the Lord’s Supper. Members of other churches who hold to the same faith as we concerning the Lord’s Supper ( see Heidelberg Catechism questions 75-82) and who are in good and regular standing with their own congregation, and who have sought permission from either Pastor Steve or one of the elders are all invited to partake with us. There are request forms available on the lectern, in the fellowship hall for future Lord’s Supper dates.
Men’s fellowship will meet again on Saturday, October 12th at 8 am. We will be having breakfast together and then continue our study together in the Cannons of Dort. We will be studying the 5th Head of Doctrine, articles 2 through 4.
On Sunday, October 13th, the deacons will be taking a collection at the door following the service for the Annual Synod Day of Prayer. This year the collection will be going to our mission work Grace Reformed Church, in Dickinson, ND.

2 Corinthians 4: 7-10, But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us. We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies.
