This morning we will be observing the Lord’s Supper together. Members of other churches who hold to the same faith as we do concerning the Lord’s Supper (see Heidelberg Catechism Q&A #’s 75-82) and who are in good and regular standing within their own congregations, and who have sought permission from the Pastor and Elders prior to the service are all invited to partake with us. Permission slips are available on the lectern in the fellowship hall for future Lord’s Supper dates.
The Adult Choir will practice this morning, Sunday, December 3rd, and again on December 17th following the worship service.
The Children’s Choir will practice this morning, Sunday, December 3rd, and again on December 10th following the worship service.
There will be a brief meeting for all the parents of Sunday School students following the worship service this morning in the front of the church to discuss the Christmas Eve program.
Henry County Christmas Cheer items will be collected at the church through today, December 3rd. A list of items for cheer baskets is available on the Fellowship Hall table.
Women’s Fellowship will be collecting for families in need this Christmas, now through Sunday, December 10th. If you wish to contribute, please see Lori Drewes.
Women’s Fellowship will meet on Thursday, December 7th, at 7 PM at the Northcrest Nursing Home in Napoleon for hymn singing and devotions. Refreshments will follow at the Dairy Queen in Napoleon.
Our Men’s Fellowship will meet again on Saturday, December 9th, at 8 AM. We will continue studying the Canons of Dort.
Christmas Caroling will be held on Sunday, December 17th, meeting at the church at 6:00 PM.
The Consistory will meet again on Tuesday, December 19th, 2017, at 7:00 PM.
